2022 Sauvignon Blanc

Our Estate Bottled Sauvignon Blanc is a cuvee of two clones from our vineyard in Los Carneros, Napa Valley. We gently whole-cluster press the fruit and ferment the juice in concrete on native yeast for five weeks. The wine then ages seven months in new oak barrels and stainless steel drums. This product was farmed sustainably (converting to Certified Organic) and certified Carbon Neutral by CoolEffect.org. Bottled by hand at the winery: 600 cases produced.

Tasting Notes -- Mellow aromas of acacia and peach juice. White rose, lemon-lime, and vanilla bean, with a soft and lingering finish reminiscent of apricots and white plums. Delightful now, the wine will gain complexity and depth over the next five years.
