2021 Estate Bottled White Wine

Our Estate Bottled White Wine is a cuvee of two Sauvignon Blanc clones from our estate vineyard in Los Carneros, Napa Valley. We gently whole-cluster press the fruit and ferment the juice in concrete on native yeast for five weeks. The wine then ages seven months in one-third new oak, one-third neutral oak, and one-third stainless steel. Bottled by hand at the winery - 117 cases produced. This product certified Carbon Neutral by CoolEffect.org. Farmed sustainably (converting to certified organic).

Tasting Notes -- Mellow aromas of acacia and peach juice. White rose, lemon-lime, and vanilla bean, with a soft and lingering finish reminiscent of apricots and white plums. Delightful now, the wine will gain complexity and depth over the next five years.
