2019 Crosby's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon MAGNUM

2019 Crosby’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a selection of fruit from our Harmony School Vineyard in Coombsville, destemmed to French oak barrels and fermented in barrel for 56 days. We pressed entirely by hand in our old hand-crank press, and aged the wine 24 months in all new French oak. On the palate -- Sweet raspberry and cassis notes, with integrated vanilla and spice, cocoa and coffee. Barrel fermented with extneded maceration: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
