2018 Annie's Pinot Noir
A blend of 85% Williams Vineyard Pinot Noir and 15% Jewel of Skyland Pinot Noir. The 2018 Annie's Pinot Noir fermented on native yeast, with 85% whole clusters, and was pressed entirely by hand in our old hand-crank press. The wine completed malolactic fermentation naturally in barrel, and aged twelve months in French oak barrels and stainless steel. We performed one racking to stainless steel prior to bottling, unfined and unfiltered. One and a half barrels; 30 cases produced.
