Our estate is an ecosystem. Alongside our vines, our property yields thoughtful provisions created with the same hands-on, low-intervention care we bring to our winemaking.
“Olio Nuovo” Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Harvested from our sixty estate olive trees, our Olio Nuovo (“new oil”) is raw, unfiltered, and bottled immediately after cold-pressing.
Vibrant bright green hue with aromas of fresh-cut grass, green tomato vine, and a signature peppery finishing kick rich in antioxidants. Drizzle over warm crusty bread, fresh burrata, or grilled summer vegetables.

Estate Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Crafted in small batches using traditional slow-aging methods, our balsamic vinegar rests in select oak casks to develop rich, velvety complexity.
A harmonious balance of deep fruit sweetness, subtle woody tannins, and crisp acidity. Pair with ripe figs, hard aged cheeses, or as a finishing touch over grilled meats.
