Biodynamically grown Pinot Noir on 65-year old St. George rootstock. Toasted oak, smoke, clove on the nose; on the palate chalky, blue-fruited, with bacon fat and dark cocoa. Carbon neutral.
"Fiadh" is an Irish girl's name meaning "wild" and "untamed" - just like this wine. The palate is a blend of wild forest notes -- mushrooms, creosote, damp earth -- and elegant perfumes -- graphite, vanilla, and musk. Carbon Neutral.
Perfumed cherry and strawberry leaf on the palate with notes of cracked black and spciy pepper notes. The wine finishes with a mild cherry cola and dark cocoa. Carbon neutral.
A bristling stemmy juiciness, with tart strawberry and black pepper undertones, and spicy plum, vine leaf, and dark cocoa on the finish. Carbon Neutral.
Black tea and peppercorns lead to strawberry and rhubarb and crushed pepper, like chocolate covered strawberries on the finish. Our entry level Pinot Noir, Aisling is the most Californian of our single vineyard Pinot Noirs. Carbon neutral.
Single vineyard Chardonnay from a southeastern slope on the southwest bench of Napa Valley. Medium bodied, barrel fermented style with apple cider notes, mellow flavors of peach juice and pineapple on the finish. 81 cases produced. Carbon neutral.
Mellow aromas of acacia and peach juice. White rose, lemon-lime, and vanilla bean, with a soft and lingering finish reminiscent of apricots and white plums. Carbon Neutral.
